Class Description

General Core Pilates

Working on strengthening & lengthening your body and calming your mind whilst challenging your core. Adaptations and progressions given throughout the class so you can work at your own level depending on how you feel on the day.
Suitable to all levels.
Leave feeling taller, stronger and more peaceful.

A gentler pace but not without challenge to suit how you feel each and every day.
A class suitable for everyone to get you moving and breathing.

Beginners / Refreshers / General

Pilates for all – working on strengthening & lengthening your body and calming your mind whilst challenging your core. Adaptations and progressions given throughout the class so you can work at your own level depending on how you feel on the day. With an extra focus on breathing and technique to help beginners feel the activation of your muscles before challenging them further.
Suitable to all levels.
Leave feeling taller, stronger and more peaceful.

Online Super Gentle Beginners

For the more discerning client. A gentle & calm approach focussing on breathing, mobility and gentle core strength all at a slower pace.
More mindful and less fuss. (If you are joining us online, do not let the tech worry you, we can chat on the phone and I promise we can take as long as you like to work out how to do it so you feel comfortable and not stressed in the comfort of your own home.)

Core Challenge

For those that fancy a little more – faster pace and added core challenge. Suitable for those without injuries or joint conditions and are used to strong exercise and/or already a Pilates enthusiast. Time to test your balance, strength and coordination.

Power Flow

A shorter (30 mins) but stronger class to challenge your body and mind, a faster paced flow to leave you refreshed and invigorated.
Suitable for those without injuries.

Keeping Abreast Private Pilates Class

A calming gentle class for you to take time for yourself and feel your body move in marvellous ways.

Private 1-1 Session

Private 1-1 Session in the studio or in your own home.
Work on specific goals, find your flow, natural rhythm and breathe.
I hour session including individual lesson plan and homework exercises.
Access to On Demand video library for the first month. Access to a taster session any Live online classes.
