1-1 Personal

Private 1-1 Session in the studio or in your home – 1 hour
Take time out to focus on yourself.

Work on specific goals, find your flow, natural rhythm and breathing space.
Individual class plan created and homework exercises offered.

Reasons to try a 1-1 session: learn the basics, refresh techniques, work on a specific area due to injury/ learned posture or sometimes just to think about your body and mind in your own space with the motivation of being guided through.


Access to On Demand video library for the first month.
Access to a taster session for any Live Online Class.
